In this course you will have the chance to enhance skills in areas such as analysis of data and graphs, business correspondence, dealing with customers and visitors, description of products and services, marketing and promotion, meetings, presentations and small talk. Conversation will be the major focus of the course. Understanding of grammar will be developed through listening and reading exercises.
